Biography of Author:
Tom Tibor is a business, technical, and management writer and has written for government, associations, and private industry. He served as Director of Special Projects for CEEM, Inc., publishers of the ISO 9000 newsletter, Quality Systems Update, (now published by Irwin Professional Publishing) where he developed and edited several regulatory and standards publications including The ISO 9000 Handbook, The ISO 9000 Registered Company Directory, European Community Medical Device Directives, and European Community Product Liability and Product Safety Directives. Mr. Tibor is a member of the U.S. Technical Advisory Group (TAG) to ISO Technical Committee 207 on environmental management and reports on ISO 14000 developments for business and environmental publications.
