Hello,

I am Priit Parmakson, management trainer and consultant in Tallinn,
Estonia. I have been working mostly in project management; now
preparing a work-aid 'Manage by Fact' (how to solve quality problems
by gathering and analyzing data). I would like to exchange experiences
