CQI and IRCA Certified Social Systems Training courses equip you to assess an organisation's social management system dealing with employment issues and worker rights.
The skills that you acquire will help you to contribute to company's management of social issues throughout its supply chain. This course covers the social and ethical issues facing organisations, the social conventions, specifications and codes, the requirements of SA 8000/ETI Base Code. It teaches you specific social systems auditing skills and approaches, as well as how to plan, complete and report the audit of an entire social systems management system.
This course includes a 2-hour written examination.
Who is it for?
This course is for those intending to acquire the competence to audit an organisation's social and ethical management system, either as a third or second-party auditor. Successful completion of this course meets the requirement for certification as an Auditor on IRCA's Social Systems Scheme.
