CQI and IRCA Certified Social Systems Training courses equip you to assess an organisation's social management system dealing with employment issues and worker rights.
The skills you acquire will help you to contribute to company's management of social issues throughout its supply chain. This course covers social and ethical issues facing organisations, social conventions, specifications and codes, the requirements of SA 8000/ETI Base Code and specific social systems auditing skills and approaches.
This course includes a 1-hour 40-minute written examination.
Who is it for?
This course is for auditors with competence in another management system (eg QMS or OH&S) who wish to acquire the skills and knowledge to audit against social systems standards and codes of conduct. For those who have already completed Lead Auditor training in another discipline, successful completion of this course meets the requirement for certification as an Auditor on IRCA's Social Systems Scheme.
