CQI Accreditation fees
CQI Accreditation application fee £3,000
Includes desk review, site visit and reports. Accreditation is valid for three years.
Membership Authorisation Panel application fee £1,500
The membership authorisation panel is appointed within the organisation and has the authority to verify employees' CQI membership applications. The fee includes one day of on-site training for the panel and an assessor to attend the first round of verifications.
