Information about CQI diploma in Quality management level 5 for existing CQI Qualification students.

This diploma provides new and existing quality practitioners with the skills to plan and manage an organisation's quality management function. The qualification helps develop a comprehensive understanding of the role of quality and the quality function within the whole organisation. This qualification can support your application for the Chartered Quality Professional membership grade.

Potential job roles: quality manager, quality assurance manager, customer service manager, operations manager, business improvement manager, business systems manager, senior quality manager, quality management specialist/consultant.

Important information

We no longer enrol new students on the CQI diploma due to a change in our learning and development portfolio.

In order to enable existing students to complete their qualification, the CQI will continue to run three assessment sessions per year (January, June and October) until October 2020. Please be aware of this timeline and ensure that you complete your qualification by the deadline. Level 5 Diploma students should be aware that if they complete their first assessment after October 2016, they must still complete the Diploma by October 2020 (there will be no extra assessment round after this date).
