Terms and conditions

You must be a current member of the CQI or IRCA to take part in this video initiative.
CQI employees who are also members of the CQI or IRCA are not permitted to take part.
Only one video submission is allowed per member.
We cannot accept entries from any party on behalf of a member.
Only featured videos or video clips will be eligible for the £20 voucher:
The CQI will source equivalent alternative £20 vouchers for residents of countries where Amazon does not operate
There is no cash alternative or alternative retailer for the £20 voucher
The voucher cannot be transferred to another person
The CQI reserves the right to substitute the type of voucher provided with one of equivalent value
To submit your video, you must fully complete the online entry form and use WeTransfer to generate a download link
Your video must not include background music and must be saved at a minimum resolution of full HD 1080p (1920 by 1080) in MP4, MOV, WMV or M4V format
You are responsible for any costs incurred in making your video.
Your video must only include you. If it is appropriate to include other people, they must be aged over 16 and give their express permission to be in the video. We will need evidence of their written permission.
The CQI accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of making your video.
The CQI accepts no liability for any injury or damage to your mobile device or camera or such equipment belonging to anyone connected with you.
The CQI reserves the right to reject any videos that have content which is inappropriate or offensive.
The CQI also reserves the right to modify or cancel this initiative without prior notice for reasons outside of our control. For matters under it control, the decision of the CQI is final and binding.
Videos must be submitted by 5pm (GMT) on Monday 8 July.
By submitting your video, you agree to these terms and conditions.
We will notify every member who has submitted a video whether we have chosen to feature their video within three to five working days of receipt of it. We will also publish, the names and grades of each member featured in the compilation video once it is complete
