Quality Live 2025: Call for Speakers

About Quality Live 2025 

The theme for this year’s conference is: 

Dreamers and Disruptors: driving innovative, sustainable, competitive quality  

Society is demanding sustainable quality. Customers are demanding innovative quality. Organisations are demanding competitive quality. These demands are critical and urgent and Quality Live 2025 is about action. This event will bring together dreamers and disruptors to explore, debate and discuss how we challenge the status quo and drive performance outcomes for stakeholders. Whether you are new to quality or an established leader, this event will get you thinking and inspire you to action with new ideas.  

We’re looking for inspiring thought-leaders and innovative case studies to address the above, through the lens of:   

• Digital transformation  
• Quality culture  
• Sustainability  
• Risk and opportunity  
• Governance and regulation    

Please submit your proposal by 5pm (GMT) on Tuesday 31 December 2024.

Points of consideration 

• Quality Live supports continuing professional development for quality professionals at all stages of their careers. Content should be planned with a broad audience in mind, regardless of sector, organisation size, or career level. Sessions may take the form of a keynote speech, a workshop or a panel discussion (three speakers and one facilitator). 
• Submissions will be assessed based on content, context, credibility, and the overall balance of the event programme. 
• Submitting a proposal does not guarantee inclusion in the Quality Live programme. All proposals will be assessed by a CQI content panel comprising CQI members and the CQI executive. In instances where we receive several proposals around a similar topic or theme, we may come back to you with a counter-proposal which invites you to collaborate with another speaker or speakers.  
• If submitting a case study, please make clear how the lessons can be applied to other organisations or sectors. Please also ensure you have the right permissions to do so.    
• If you have something to present which isn’t listed above that you believe will add value to the Quality Live 2025 programme, we’d still love to hear from you. 
• All event content will be Quality Live branded. The event will be filmed for distribution to CQI members and non-members at a later date. Please do not submit a proposal which would include data or information which cannot be used in this way.
