Our current application fees, annual membership fees and regrade fees for CQI membership.

Application and first-year annual fees (New applicants)

The CQI membership cycle starts in January each year. New members can join at any point in the year and fees will be adjusted accordingly (see First year membership fee).

Please note that for memberships offered from October, your annual membership fee will include your renewal fee, giving you membership until the end of the following year.

* New applicants are required to pay a one-off non-refundable application fee. If successful in your application you will be invoiced for your first year annual fee. First-year membership fees will be dependent on the month you join.

Renewal fees (Existing members)

Existing CQI members pay an annual fee to retain their membership. The CQI renewal cycle runs from January to December each year and the payment deadline is 31 December.

Regrade fees (Existing members)

Existing CQI members can advance to a higher membership grade at any time, providing that you meet the requirements. Find out how to upgrade your membership here.

Rejoining fee

If you have been out of membership for at least one calendar year and wish to rejoin the CQI, you may be required to pay a £50 administrative charge in addition to the membership fee. Find out how to rejoin here.

VAT

As a registered charity (259678) the CQI does not charge VAT on its application/regrade/annual fees. VAT registration No: 805 1202 83
