Ways to pay
You can pay your CQI membership or IRCA certification fees by Direct Debit, Credit or Debit Card, or by bank transfer.
Paying your membership
There are a range of ways to pay:
1. By Direct Debit - a quick, trouble-free method that automatically renews your membership
Direct Debit payment is only available to our UK members and certain European members who can access SEPA, find out which European countries are eligible for SEPA payment. Simply log in to the Members’ Area. and set up a UK Direct Debit or Euro SEPA mandate in a few short steps.*
*We reserve the right to update our exchange rate for members who pay through SEPA (Euro) direct debits.
2. By Credit or Debit Card
Pay your membership fee via the Members’ Area. on our website or by phone by calling us on +44 (0)20 7245 6866. You will receive a payment receipt within 24 hours (or 72 hours if paying over the weekend).
3. By bank transfer
When paying by bank transfer please ensure you use your membership ID as the payment reference and share your proof of payment with us by email. Some banks will charge you a fee for paying by BACS, members are responsible for covering this fee and should take into consideration when submitting payment.
