Three professionals who have played a key role in advancing their organisation’s governance, assurance, improvement, leadership and context.
Meet the winner: David Anderson, BAM Nuttall
.
David Anderson CQP FCQI is a civil engineer with nearly 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. Alongside his role as Head of Business Process and Quality for BAM Nuttall, he is a Chartered Waste Manager, member of the Institute of Collaborative Working, a Chartered Environmentalist and a Director and Trustee of the Lean Construction Institute UK.
Our winner has managed to be influential at all levels, achieving the holy grail of taking the quality function from being a bit player to being an essential contributor to the key business decisions. He did this whilst also building the respect of his team, undertaking significant work outside of his day-to-day role in his own time, and retaining a humility which came across clearly to all the judges.
