Meet the winner: Suzanne Hill CQP FCQI
Our Volunteer of the Year award went to Suzanne Hill. Suzanne has been a member of the CQI for over 12 years and started volunteering with the Advisory Council. Since then, Suzanne’s volunteering has expanded considerably and is now Chair of the Derby and Nottingham Branch, Chair of the Nomination Committee, Vice-chair of the Membership Council and an active mentor on the CQI mentoring scheme.
Member Engagement Executive, Lisa Mudzikisi, sat down with Suzanne Hill, to hear all about her achievements:
The winner has certainly lived up to the spirit of the award, by chairing their local branch, being a member of the regional steering committee and being vice chair of the Membership Council. They also led the development of the CQI’s Quality STEM ambassador programme to promote quality as a profession in secondary schools. They have also managed to find time to mentor several people to achieve the Fellow grade of membership.
