CQI and IRCA content survey 2024

Terms and conditions 

  1.  You must be a current member of the CQI or IRCA to take part in this prize draw.

  2.  CQI employees who are also members of the CQI or IRCA are not permitted to take part. 

  3. Only those who have completed the CQI and IRCA content survey 2024 will be eligible for the £25 voucher. 

  4. Winners will be chosen at random using a random number generator.  

  5. There is no cash alternative for the £25 voucher. 

  6. The voucher cannot be transferred to another person. 

  7. The CQI reserves the right to modify or cancel this initiative without prior notice for reasons outside of our control. For matters under its control, the decision of the CQI is final and binding. 

  8. Surveys must be completed by 23:45 BST on Wednesday 24 July 2024. 

  9. By completing the survey, you agree to these terms and conditions. 

  10. Winners will be notified no later than Friday 9 August 2024.
