CQI Financial Assistance
We're on hand to help
Financial assistance
Members can apply, by reason of on-going hardship circumstances, for a reduction to annual membership fees. Reasons to apply might include unemployment, long-term ill health, maternity or paternity leave. To apply for a concession, complete and submit the concession form in the Members’ Area.
Retired concession
Members that have retired from employment can apply for a discounted annual fee, providing continued membership and a connection to the profession. To apply, please complete and submit the concession form in the Members’ Area.
Tax relief
As a charitable organisation, we do not charge tax on our fees. CQI members based in the UK are also entitled to tax relief on annual membership fees. The HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has made the CQI an approved professional body. Members can use the ‘confirmation of payment or renewal’ receipt as evidence for a claim. This relief does not apply to members whose employers are paying for their professional fees. Find out more.
