Our 2030 strategy

At this time of uncertainty and change the CQI is supporting members to help their organisations weather the shifting context in which they operate. The acceleration of digitalisation and the increasing importance environmental, social and governance issues (ESG) creates both a threat and an opportunity for the profession.

The threat being that unless quality professionals keep pace with the changes and shifting priorities, other professions will fill the gaps. The opportunity is for quality professionals to be at the centre of both the digital and ESG agenda for their organisations.

Through our programme of research and professional development, the CQI is equipping members with the necessary skills and understanding to add value to their organisations.
