You can join either CQI or IRCA or become a dual member. Please be aware that application and membership fees apply to each membership you hold.
What is the difference between the CQI and IRCA?

CQI membership is for those who work within the quality profession or have quality as a part of their role. | IRCA membership is specifically designed for management system auditors. |

Difference in Requirements
CQI membership
CQI membership offers a range of grades for all levels of experience. Anyone can join the CQI at our Affiliate grade.
IRCA membership
All IRCA applicants must have completed an IRCA-approved auditing course to the latest version of the standard of the scheme they are applying for. For a full list of our certification schemes, click here.
