The Digital Transformation SIG aims to advance the understanding and development of practices of Quality Management in the digital age.
Quality 4.0 and how it’s implemented is a fundamental interest for the CQI. Digital Transformation is becoming an important area in quality management. Although quality professionals generally understand what it is, many are yet to understand how to successfully deploy it beyond existing standard project and change management approaches.
The Digital Transformation SIG aims to create a roadmap for prioritising the development of tools and techniques that support implementing digital transformation projects, for quality professionals either leading or contributing to the transformation.
