Steve Arkell - Costain
Costain Cadent’s CMO Quality Manager, Steve, drives quality from a risk and liability perspective, using data to understand key areas of focus. This, combined with a people-first perspective and his commitment to achieving quality engagement among colleagues, made Steve’s application standout to our judges.
Charlotte Bradley – BT Business
Charlotte’s approach to adapting processes to different regulatory needs in multiple countries and streamlining disparate quality systems for efficiency impressed our judges. Her submission demonstrated her ability to think through and overcome challenges, while considering all stakeholder needs.
Judith Ward – Mott MacDonald
One of Judith’s biggest strengths is her ability to make quality accessible to those outside the profession, as showcased through her industry knowledge, quality skills, and business acumen. Our judges were impressed with the growth of Mott MacDonald’s quality function under Judith’s leadership and her passion for positioning quality as a key part of project delivery.
