Embarking on my journey toward Quality and Safety excellence has been a pivotal decision, driven by a passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to fostering safe, efficient work environments. Achieving CQP MCQI status has been a defining milestone, affirming my dedication to upholding the highest standards of Quality and Safety management.

Can you highlight key achievements that demonstrate your expertise and impact in the field?

With certifications including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 through CQI and IRCA, I bring specialised expertise as a certified NEBOSH, CSP, and OSHA mentor. My achievements include earning a Distinction in NEBOSH IDIP on my first attempt, which underscores my dedication to mastering complex safety principles. My career has been marked by a clean track record of successfully leading high-profile projects across the UAE and India, including landmark initiatives like Expo 2020 and Dubai Airports.

In what other ways have you translated your expertise into tangible improvements for your organisation?

Holding HSSE approvals for Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects and DAMAC, as well as being an approved Level 3 Advanced First Aider with the Dubai Ambulance Corporation, I am equipped to handle critical situations with precision and care. I oversee the entire spectrum of my company’s HSE operations, implementing strategies that consistently exceed industry standards and regulatory benchmarks, while driving a proactive safety culture throughout our operations.

Beyond my technical expertise, mentoring has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my journey. Many of the individuals I have mentored have gone on to achieve their own NEBOSH, ASP, CSP, OSHA, and other HSE certifications, reflecting the depth and impact of the guidance I provide.

My CQP MCQI membership has been instrumental in this journey, offering a platform to connect with like-minded professionals who share my passion for quality and safety. These connections have enriched my understanding and kept me at the forefront of industry trends.
