How has CQI membership supported your development and progression in the quality profession?

The CQI enhances the visibility of the quality profession, and being a member demonstrates that I value professional standards. Having the CQI post-nominals also demonstrates my knowledge and competence in the quality field. When undertaking CQI certified training, I can be confident that the courses will be relevant and delivered to a high standard.

I have recently implemented the CQI Profession Map within my team’s learning and development plans. It’s been very helpful for targeting specific competence areas for development, and is guiding us towards the Chartered Quality Professional grade. The membership grades provide milestones to work towards, and the resources provided by the CQI support members at all stages of their careers.

The CQI member network is also a great benefit - it’s so important to be able to share insights, have discussions and celebrate successes with like-minded people.
