The purpose of this branch is to provide a forum for CQI／IRCA governance, assurance, improvement and leadership.
We invite speakers to provide short talks on areas of special interest and encourage discussion through interactive workshops.
This time we will be discussing the recent CQI survey of the global quality profession that included a focus on job satisfaction and pay. The survey highlighted that women are paid almost 20 per cent less than men when carrying out the same job and have less chance of gaining senior positions. We are particularly interested in hearing women's views on this and how it can be resolved.
