Join the newly formed CQI Healthcare SIG for an event on quality management in the NHS

Other than in a few specific areas, like Laboratories and Radiography, the NHS don’t do Quality Management – but they are starting to take an interest. Unfortunately they are not following the traditional route to Quality Management that we are all familiar with. That is the ISO standard. The NHS have adopted a technique, from America, that they call QI, Quality Improvement.

This is similar to Juran’s definition of QI but only addresses half of his two types of QI. Nevertheless there are a number of people in the NHS that are very interested in Quality Management and two are joining us for this webinar.
