Presented by John Dedman and Geoff Vorley, Quality Management & Training Ltd, this webinar will give an overview of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), which comprises a set of principles, tools and techniques that assist an organisation to effectively address concerns and opportunities for improvement.

Typically, the application of RCA is prompted by a process or activity which is not achieving the required performance.

RCA is applicable to both manufacturing and non-manufacturing processes and is utilised by a broad range of organisations and industry sectors.

RCA also supports problem-solving and improvement methodologies such as Eight Disciplines (8D), Define-Measure-Analyse-Improve-Control (DMAIC) and Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA). This webinar will cover the following topics:

  • The key phases of Root Cause Analysis
