The Construction Special Interest Group of the CQI will present aspects of how digital technology in the construction industry can enhance quality and generate value in construction. About the speakers:

Mike Buss (Head of Quality Taylor Woodrow) will present his experience implementing tablet technology on a large residential construction project. Additionally, Mike will provide an overview of the findings from a recent academic study he completed examining how tablet technology can be used to generate value for large principal contractors in the UK.

Ian Mills (Head of Quality for Balfour Beatty) will share his experiences regarding implementation of tablet technology across a large organisation.

Rob Youster (Head of ICT at BAM Nuttall) will be discussing how value can be generated within the construction industry from the use of smart data.
