The committee’s role, responsibilities and relationship with the CQI Council and the Board of Trustees.
The main role of the Nominating Committee is to manage the selection process to nominate Members of the Institute as Board Trustees, excluding co-opted Board members.
Its responsibilities are:
- To conduct the nominating process, identifying for election by the CQI Council, exceptional CQI Members as Trustees
- To identify new talent and undertake succession planning for Board Trustees
- At the request of the Board of Trustees, to provide advice on appointments to positions on the Board’s subordinate boards.
