Quality Learning Hub

Supporting your professional development

Following the successful launch of The Profession Map in June 2023, we’re delighted to present The Quality Learning Hub, supporting your continued professional development needs.

The Quality Learning Hub contains over 90 online courses and learning opportunities, all supporting members’ professional development. The cloud-based software platform offers a wide range of content, including short videos, e-learning and CQI webinar recordings, to support a broad range of learning. 

 One of the key resources available in the new learning platform is The Profession Map self-assessment tool. Use The Profession Map to understand current professional competence levels, and then the self-assessment tool to generate personalised learning recommendations in the Quality Learning Hub. These recommendations cover the five key competence areas of context, governance, assurance, improvement, and leadership, as well as Quality 4.0 and ESG.  

All CQI members will be able to access the Quality Learning Hub via the Members’ Area of the CQI website, with some resources, including the self-assessment tool, available for free and others at a discounted rate. Non-members are also able to access the Quality Learning Hub but must pay for access.

 The Quality Learning Hub has been designed to help you progress towards your career goals, no matter what career stage you are at. We will be adding new courses and functionality to the platform on an on-going basis and as part of our own continual improvement objectives.
