ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Foundation (IT-SM)
This course provides delegates who have an existing, basic knowledge of, or experience in, service management with an understanding of the management systems approach and the requirements of ISO/IEC 20000-1, and to provide a basis for delegates who wish to go on to complete CQI and IRCA Certified IT-SM Auditor Training courses.

ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Lead Auditor (IT-SM)
This course provides delegates with the knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third-party audits of service management systems against ISO/IEC 20000-1, in accordance with ISO 19011, ISO 17021-1, as applicable.

ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Auditor Transition (IT-MS)
All IRCA Certificated ITSMS auditors, irrespective of grade, are required to ensure their knowledge, skills and experience pertaining to ISO 20000:2018 are current by the end of the three-year transition period in 2021.

ISO 50001:2018 Auditor Transition (EnMS)
This course brings auditors up to date on the revised version of ISO 50001 and the skills needed to audit against the new standard and includes a 30-minute test.

ISO 50001:2018 Auditor Conversion (EnMS)
This course provides delegates with the knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third-party audits of energy management systems against ISO 50001 or equivalent, in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO 17021, as applicable. This course includes a 1-hour 40-minute written examination.

ISO 50001:2018 Internal Auditor (EnMS)
This course provides delegates with the knowledge and skills required to perform an internal audit of part of an energy management system based on ISO 50001 and report on the effective implementation and maintenance of the management system in accordance with ISO 19011.
