• Over forty years’ experience in food industry operations

• In UK, USA, Europe and Japan

• Taught Deming principles at degree and post degree level

• He is a chartered Engineer and a Fellow of both the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and the Institution of Engineering and Technology

G Terry Peterson

• A chemist by training

• 26 years in industry, worked in product development to sales and marketing

• Since early 90’s involved in ‘quality’ in one way or another as consultant or assessor

• In 1993 attended one of Dr. Deming’s last four-day seminars in Richmond Virginia
