CQI West of Scotland Branch Meeting - Quality 4.0
The April meeting of the CQI West of Scotland Branch was led by Vincent Desmond, CQI’s CEO. The meeting focused on the huge developments in the quality management discipline since the CQI’s establishment in 1919 and considered how rapid developments in technology, global trade, demographics and societal norms will accelerate that pace of change in the coming decades. Participants agreed that the diversity of skills, knowledge and experience within the profession and quality teams will need to develop quickly in coming years.
